Online Store

Orders

Yes we are able to make changes within 12 hours of placing your order – Please send an email delfina@delfinasport.com

If this has occurred please contact delfina@delfinasport.com and we will seek to rectify immediately.

If a design you like has been sold out simply click on product to sign up for when it is available.

Sizing

Please find our Size Chart here. If in doubt go a size up or feel free to come and try it on at our Showroom.

Shipping

We have opened a new showroom in Alexandria, Sydney NSW. When checking out if you select local pick up you will be notified when you can collect your order from our showroom located at Unit 17, 112 McEvoy Street, Alexandria 2015.

If you have placed an order on our website please allow 3 business days for the order to be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney. You will receive tracking confirmation once the order has been packed and shipped.

If you have placed a custom/Club Shop order, these will be put into production with approximately a 3 week turnaround time once the Club Shop is closed.

Colours & Designs

Yes you can! Design and set up costs are free.

If you have particular PMS colour codes, please advise us but we do suggest sending a physical colour chart to you so you can match our Delfina Colour codes with what you already use. Please contact us to get your colour chart sent out to you today

Our MOQ is 5 items per product.

The turn-around time for custom products is 3- 4 weeks

Pricing

Our custom wear prices start as low as $25.00 + GST. We do not have any set up costs or hidden fees. Get started today by getting in contact now.

Shipping

We have industry leading turnaround time of 3-4 weeks to your door. If there is an urgent order please contact your account manager or us directly at info@delfinasport.com

Your order will shipped and delivered to the desired location specified with each item labelled for size and individually packaged. The total time between confirmation of the order and delivery take within 16 business days (unless otherwise specified) arriving in your hands fast for your immediate use.

Shipping Rates

We have established a great relationship with our shipping providers and as such, can offer competitive rates.

Carriers

We use a number of logistics companies and carriers to delivery our products to you. We can monitor the delivery and provide a tracking number and information upon your request.

Express Shipments

We can express post items when requested. These shipments will be payable by the customer as negotiated prior to the shipping confirmation.

Refunds

We will respond to enquirers within 24 hours. We will fast-track designs and offer expedited delivery methods if need be. In the unlikely event of customer dissatisfaction, we will exhaust all measures to rectify the situation and find the solution.
