Sizing
Please find our Size Chart here. If in doubt, size up, or feel free to come and try it on at our Showroom in Tempe, Sydney.
Shipping
Orders placed by 12:30 PM AEST from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:30 PM AEST or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next business day.
Please note that during national/public holidays or Launch/Sale periods, processing and delivery times may be longer.
You will receive tracking confirmation once the order has been dispatched.
If you have placed a custom/Club Shop order, please allow approximately 5-6 weeks turnaround time once the Club Shop is closed.

We have a showroom in Tempe, Sydney NSW 2044. At checkout, please select 'Pick Up' if you would like to collect your order. You will be notified when your order is ready to collect. Our showroom hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday AEST - please contact us at +02 8316 3990 or email info@delfinasport.com before arriving so that we can ensure someone is here to help.
Yes, we deliver world-wide. Please note that you may be charged taxes and duties at checkout, depending on your location.

Colours & Designs
Yes you can! Design and set up costs are free.
If you have particular PMS colour codes, please advise us but we do suggest sending a physical colour chart to you so you can match our Delfina Colour codes with what you already use. Please contact us to get your colour chart sent out to you today
Ordering
Our MOQ is 10 items per product.
The turn-around time for custom products is 5-6 weeks from order placement. Please note that orders may take longer during peak periods.
Pricing
Our custom wear prices start as low as $25.00 + GST. We do not have any set up costs or hidden fees. Get started today by getting in contact now.
Shipping
We have industry leading turnaround time of 4-5 weeks to your door. Please note that this may change during peak periods. If there is an urgent order, please contact your account manager or us directly at info@delfinasport.com.
We use reliable couriers and Express shipping for all of our custom orders. We will be in contact with you as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Refunds
We will respond to enquirers within 24 hours. We will fast-track designs and offer expedited delivery methods if need be. In the unlikely event of customer dissatisfaction, we will exhaust all measures to rectify the situation and find the solution.
