Both in and out of the pool, Sam is a natural-born leader. A captain in the Australia Water Polo League, he’s spent years competing at the highest level across both Australia and New Zealand. Alongside his playing career, Sam has dedicated himself to developing the next generation of athletes as an age group coach.

Before joining Delfina, Sam was the Acting Manager of the iconic Wylie’s Baths in Coogee - a role that honed his skills in operations, community engagement, and keeping things running smoothly, no matter the challenge. Now, he’s Delfina’s go-to handy-man, problem-solver, and all-round team player.

His perfect business meeting? Sitting behind the goals at Dawny after a hard-fought win against Sydney Uni, watching the women play, and casually tossing bread in behind the opposition goalkeeper.
