To return an item/s, post it back to us at:

Within the parcel, please include your name and order number.
We will provide you with a refund for the returned items once we received them and confirmed they comply with our return guidelines.
- Please note that once we receive your return, the refund process may take up to 5 days to process. Your refund will be transferred to the card that the original purchase was made from.
- Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a refund notification via email.

- We cannot guarantee the same design is available in a different size. Exchanges are based on available stock.
- We recommend sending your items to us with tracked postage, so you can follow its journey back to us here in Sydney.
- All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached including hygiene seal. We will not accept tampered or worn returns. If the item does not meet expectations, we will email to notify.
- Customers are liable for shipping costs.
- All returns must be returned within 30 days of purchasing.
- Please note we do not accept custom/TeamStore returns (items with printed logos, etc.)
