No problem!
Here's a step-by-step guide using our Community Returns Portal.
What You'll Need:
- Your email address used with the order.
Please check the guidelines below before your begin your return:
Return Guidelines
- All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached including hygiene seal. We will not accept tampered or worn returns. If the item does not meet expectations, we will email to notify.
- All returns must be returned within 30 days of purchasing.
- Customers are liable for shipping costs for returns. Original shipping costs are non‑refundable, unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email info@delfinasport.com with photos and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.
- International change‑of‑mind or incorrect size returns must be sent back to our Australian warehouse at the customer’s expense.
- Discounted & Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty; all purchases are final.
- Please note that unless the item is faulty or incorrect, we DO NOT accept returns for custom Club Shop items (club items with printed logos, names etc.)

- Enter your email address used when ordering your Delfina Sport products.
- The Portal will send a One Time Password email to confirm its you. (Please check your junk inbox if you did not receive this)
- Select the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Download your return label. Attach it securely to your package containing the item(s) you're returning, along with the original packing slip. If you are based outside of Australia, you will receive an email from our Operations Team with return instructions.

Remember, you have 7 days to mail your package after completing the Community Returns Portal process.
