How to Redeem Points?
Once you are ready to redeem your points, select the Star icon to open the Delfina Points window. Select 'Ways to earn' and select your reward!

How do I apply my reward?
Once you've chosen the reward you want to spend your points on, you'll get a unique discount code for this item. Apply this code at checkout to your claim reward.
How long do I have to use/ spend my points?
While your points don't expire, your rewards do. If you choose to spend your points on a voucher, you will have until the expiry date of the selected voucher to use its unique code.
My Points Balance doesn't look right?
If you think you're missing points, or can't see your recent order in your account, get in touch. Please keep in mind that we cannot combine points from multiple accounts, so always ensure you're using the correct email address when ordering.
