Water Polo Victoria (WPV) and Delfina Sport are excited to announce the launch of the Delfina Interstate Challenge.
With COVID-19 delaying national competitions for 2 years, the Delfina Interstate Challenge will see Born 2007 athletes battle it out in Melbourne from for the title.
The competition will see 16 teams across Australia compete from the 11th to 13th of June.
The event will see Delfina as the naming rights partner and will supply all event balls, referee and official shirts as well as tournament merchandise.
Water Polo Victoria CEO Simon Devine said: “We are excited to not only see our players jump back into the pool on our home turf but also see our relationship with Delfina Sport strengthen, through their partnership, with this event. Water Polo Victoria and Delfina Sport objectives are aligned to see all our Water Polo Players succeed and this event is the first of many ventures together to kickstart Water Polo in Victoria again”.
