What is “Free Returns” Coverage?
When you opt-in for coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free.
If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
If your order contains both standard (non-team) and custom products, coverage will only protect the standard products.
All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

Return Guidelines
- All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached including hygiene seal. We will not accept tampered or worn returns. If the item does not meet expectations, we will email to notify.
- All returns must be returned within 30 days of purchasing.
- Customers are liable for shipping costs for returns. Original shipping costs are non‑refundable, unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.
- If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email info@delfinasport.com with photos and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.
- International change‑of‑mind or incorrect size returns must be sent back to our Australian warehouse at the customer’s expense.
- Discounted & Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty; all purchases are final.
- Please note that unless the item is faulty or incorrect, we DO NOT accept returns for custom Club Shop items (club items with printed logos, names etc.), or Swim Caps, Goggles, Hats or Hair Towels (for hygiene purposes).
