Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide via AUSTRALIA POST, EMS INTERNATIONAL & DHL, offering standard and express post options. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. 

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. Orders received prior to 12:30pm AEST will be dispatched the same day except during high peak periods, such as Christmas and sitewide sales. 

All shipping timeframes are an estimate only and can vary depending on the country and during peak seasons and sale periods. Each country has their own individual import processes and protocols that may affect arrival timeframes.

All orders are tracked and customers will receive an email confirming the tracking number once order has been dispatched. Read our FAQs here or email info@delfinasport.com for more questions.

In the case that your order is part of a bulk custom club order that has organised internal distribution, please contact your club directly for information on your order.

Australian Shipping 

Standard Shipping within Australia:

  • Standard shipping is $9.95 or free for orders over $200 AUD.
  • Delivery time 3-5 business days

Express Shipping within Australia:

  • Express shipping is $15.00 or free for orders over $200.
  • Delivery time 1-2 business days

Free shipping thresholds are subject to change at any time, including but not limited to promotional and sale periods.

Import Taxes/Duties & Customs Charges

For orders going to the United Kingdom, Europe, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, Israel, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand, all prices shown are inclusive of import duties and taxes.

For USA, Canada, Taiwan, Korea (South) and all other countries, duties & taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout. 

Shipping Protection
Optional shipping protection may be offered to cover loss, damage, or theft in transit. If protection is declined, replacement or refunds for lost or stolen parcels may not be available. Protection is recommended for orders over $200 AUD. 


If tracking shows your order as “delivered”, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient. We are unable to replace or refund orders marked as delivered, including cases of theft, incorrect delivery location, or unattended delivery. 

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.
