How does Pre-Ordering work?
To ensure players receive their items by the start of the 2022/2023 season, opening times for Uniform Ordering are as follows:
Open : 16th September 2022
Closes : 21st September (Last day), 2022
The shop will be open at various times throughout the season. Dates are still TBC.
Shipping
Once the ordering window has closed, your items will be shipped to your home in approximately 4 - 4.5 weeks from the close of pre-order date (see above).
Backpacks may take longer since they are a customised item, we will ship all available items if the backpacks arrive later so that you can have WP Suits & Apparel ready for Game Day!
Support - Sizing, Returns & Exchanges
Please contact shop@uwawaterpolo.com.au to arrange a potential exchange if they didn't fit as expected.
The club only exchanges bathers if they are new, not worn and still have the tags on the garments Should you need to swap bathers as a result of incorrect sizing please ensure that all items returned have their tags still intact
Please contact shop@uwawaterpolo.com.au with the details of the items which need swapping and to arrange a suitable time to do so.
No refunds on bathers.
No worries, our sizing is comparable to other brands you are familiar with, please see our Size Charts here (also available on all product pages).
Size Kits will be kept at the club during the season for members to try. Please contact shop@uwawaterpolo.com.au if you would like to make an appointment to try on the sample sizes.
