Shipping
For New Season Designs by Delfina, there is a set ordering
window. You must complete your order before November 9th,
2022. These orders will be sent in bulk to the Surf Club and ready for
collection in mid December.
Some items are available for immediate fulfilment such as last season’s discounted merchandise and essential caps and hi vis. These items are in stock and will be posted within 2-4 days of order.
Support - Sizing, Returns & Exchanges
A small sample of sizes is kept at the Surf Club during the season for members to try. Please contact admin@freshwaterslsc.com if you would like to make an appointment to try on the sample sizes. We cannot provide this service without a pre-approved appointment time.
For all non-Delfina items such as past season and discounted products, there are no refunds or exchanges possible.

How does Pre-Ordering work?
You will have received notifications from Freshwater SLSC outlining key dates in respect to pre-order open and close for the new Delfina range.
All new Delfina merchandise is made to order and we do not hold excess stock for you to purchase directly.
The current pre-order cut-off date is November 9th. Orders made before this date for new Delfina merchandise will be made to order and delivered to the club for collection in mid December
If you miss the first pre-order cut off, a second option will be offered in late October/early November. Please watch club communications for details.
Essential items such as nipper age caps, training caps, competition quarter caps and hi vis vests will be available all season.
