DELFINA SPORT NAMING RIGHTS PARTNER OF THE WATER POLO QUEENSLAND PREMIER LEAGUE FOR THE NEXT 3 YEARS
Water Polo Queensland Inc. (WPQ) are excited to announce that Delfina Sport will be expanding their relationship with WPQ to become the naming rights partner of the WPQ Premier League for the next 3 years. This competition will now be known as the Delfina Water Polo Queensland Premier League for the 2021, 2022 and 2023 seasons.
The League was established in 2020 and was designed to be the premier water polo competition in Queensland that provides the best performance and pathway opportunities for players, coaches, referees & officials. It brings together the best existing and emerging talent across Queensland including current and former Olympians, National and State players who are represented across the top men’s and women’s Clubs in south east Queensland. This year the League will expand its geographical footprint and has expanded to 7 teams including the Bushrangers men’s team representing regional Queensland and a new women’s Club team – the Vikings.

There is a great synergy between Delfina Sport and the WPQ Premier League with the shared values of professionalism, quality and excellence being the key guiding principles for both organisations. Tyler, Lewis, Kal and the team at Delfina Sport have an intimate knowledge of water polo and we are excited to have them on board for our Premier League for the nest 3 years.
