Support - Sizing, Returns & Exchanges

No worries, our sizing is comparable to other brands you are familiar with, please see our Size Charts here (also available on all product pages).

A small sample of sizes will be kept at the club during the season for members to try.  Please contact the club representative if you would like to make an appointment to try on the sample sizes.

As these items are made to order we cannot offer a Refund however encourage to try on sizes and use the Measuring Guide before placing an order.

You can contact us through our Chatbot on our website or filling out an enquiry form. We will be happy to assist you.

How does Pre-Ordering work?

New Delfina merchandise is made to order, there will be a small amount of stock on hand with the club that will be available for purchase outside of the Club Ordering Windows for select products.

Orders will be available for collection from the Club. The Club will be in contact when the order is available to collect.

There will be multiple ordering opportunities throughout the season.

NOTE - Pricing on product pages is displayed in NZD however final checkout has to be paid in AUD. You will see currency codes at checkout for reference.
