How does the store work? FAQs
Support - Sizing, Returns & Exchanges
No worries, our sizing is comparable to other brands you are familiar with, please see our Size Charts here (also available on all product pages).
A small sample of sizes will be kept at the club during the season for members to try. Please contact your club representative if you would like to make an appointment to try on the sample sizes.
As these items are made to order we cannot offer a Refund however encourage to try on sizes and use the Measuring Guide before placing an order.

How does Pre-Ordering work?
All new Delfina merchandise is made to order and we do not hold excess stock for you to purchase directly.
Once the delfina store is closed, your order will go into production. Our turnaround time is 4-5 weeks from the date of store closing.
