About the role

Our company is expanding, and we are seeking an Account Manager and Operations Assistant to join us full time. You will be the first point of contact for our customers - managing key accounts, enhancing customer experience, and promoting the brand.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing key accounts  
  • Building and servicing customer relationships 
  • Contributing to new product design
  • Assisting with the organisation of events
  • Supporting marketing strategy
  • Order fulfilment and other administrative duties
