Support - Sizing, Returns & Exchanges
No worries, our sizing is comparable to other brands, if you use Delfina at your club it will be the same as this. Please see our Size Charts here (also available on all product pages).
As these items are made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage to try on sizes and use the Measuring Guide before placing an order.
You can contact us through our Chatbot on our website or filling out an enquiry form. We will be happy to assist you.
All new Delfina merchandise is made to order and we do not hold excess stock for you to purchase directly.
Please contact the club or Delfina to find out the order cut off dates.
If you miss the first pre-order cut off, a second option will be offered in later this season. Please watch club communications for details.
If you want to collect from Ringwood Diving club please select pick up at checkout and you will be advised when the order is ready for pick up.

SHOP IS OPEN. All items are pre-order and you will receive your orders approx. 4-5 weeks after the store closes.
Delivery direct to home and pick up options are available. Please select pick up at Alexandria at check out if you want pick up from the club.
